1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ReceiptForge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

ReceiptForge provides free, browser-based generators for receipts, bills and invoices. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

3. Acceptable use

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You must not use the Service to create fraudulent documents, impersonate someone else, or evade tax obligations.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and how you use the generated documents.

4. Intellectual property

The ReceiptForge name, logo and design are property of DevBench. The receipts you generate, with the data you supply, are yours.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability is INR 0 — because the Service is free.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevBench from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
